Incident IQ users can manage help tickets and work orders with Incident IQ Mobile. Empower teachers and building staff to submit help requests in seconds from a mobile device. Support teams can log progress on work orders, scan asset tags using a device camera, and post updates on work in progress. IT teams can check assets in and out by scanning devices using Incident IQ Mobile’s Rapid Scan functionality.
